Mozart Onboarding Process
Mozart Onboarding Process
Mozart is not a tool you configure. It is a Chief of Staff you hire. The onboarding is therefore not setup, it is context transfer. We need to teach your Mozart who you are, how you work, what you care about, and who matters to you.
Context Immersion
The goal is raw signal. We ingest everything that makes you you so your Mozart can start thinking like a teammate, not a chatbot.
- Principal intake call (60 min). We map your current pain points, daily workflow, decision style, and communication preferences.
- Document and data ingestion: calendar history, email patterns, key Slack threads, Notion/wiki, CRM, any existing SOPs or playbooks.
- Relationship mapping: key customers, partners, investors, team members, vendors. We build a graph, not a contact list.
- Voice and tone calibration: 5 to 10 real emails or messages you have sent. We match your style for drafting.
- Priority stack ranking: what are the 3 things that, if handled without you, would free up the most mental bandwidth?
Deliverable: A living "Principal Profile" in your Mozart brain, updated continuously.
Workflow Integration
Your Mozart starts touching real work, supervised. We plug into the tools you already use and begin handling low-stakes tasks.
- Tool connections: email, calendar, Slack, Notion, CRM, any project management system.
- Inbox triage pilot: your Mozart sorts, drafts replies, and flags decisions for your approval. Nothing sends without your sign-off in week 2.
- Meeting prep automation: pre-reads, attendee context, desired outcomes, and follow-up drafts.
- Calendar defense: blocks for deep work, travel buffers, and relationship maintenance.
- First "daily brief" delivered: what happened yesterday, what is happening today, what needs your attention.
Deliverable: Your first week of daily briefs, plus a log of every drafted reply and calendar action (all pre-approved by you).
Autonomy Calibration
We expand the trust boundary. Your Mozart starts handling more without asking, based on clear rules you set.
- Draft-and-send rules: which emails can go out unsupervised (e.g., scheduling, standard vendor comms, certain team updates).
- Decision thresholds: dollar amounts, partner tiers, or urgency levels that trigger escalation vs. autonomous action.
- Project and follow-up tracking: your Mozart now owns the "did this actually happen" layer across your commitments.
- Research and prep: competitor monitoring, partner opportunity scouting, pre-meeting intelligence.
- Weekly planning session: co-create the week ahead, block proactive time, and surface what you are likely to forget.
Deliverable: A signed "Autonomy Charter" (informal, but explicit) defining what your Mozart owns vs. what still needs your eyes.
Continuous Optimization
Your Mozart gets better the longer it works with you. This phase is about compounding context and tightening the loop.
- Weekly retro: what worked, what felt off, what should change. Your Mozart updates its model of you immediately.
- Brain enrichment: every meeting, email, and mention feeds back into your knowledge graph. The memory deepens.
- Proactive surfacing: your Mozart starts bringing you things you did not know you needed to know.
- Escalation refinement: fewer interruptions, higher signal. The boundary moves as trust compounds.
- Quarterly principal review: full brain export, relationship health check, pipeline review, and priority reset.
Deliverable: A founder who spends more time on the highest-leverage work and less time on coordination.
What We Need From You
- Honesty about your pain. The messier the truth, the better the fit.
- Access, not perfection. We do not need clean data. We need real data.
- Feedback in the first 30 days. The calibration curve is steepest early. A quick "no, not like that" is worth more than a polite silence.
- One big win. Pick one recurring headache (inbox, scheduling, meeting prep, follow-ups) and let us solve it completely before expanding.
For first customers: You are not buying a finished product. You are co-creating it. Your feedback directly shapes what Mozart becomes for the next 999 founders. That is the trade, and we take it seriously.
