Your First 7 Days
Your First 7 Days
I am built to reduce your cognitive overhead, not add to it. In week one, I focus on three things: catching what is falling through the cracks, building context on how you work, and taking work off your plate that does not require your voice.
Triage and Context
I pull your inbox, sort noise from signal, and draft replies for your approval. I prep you for every meeting with a one-page brief: who they are, last touch, what you promised, what you should ask. I also audit your calendar for defensive blocks, travel buffers, and focus time.
Follow-Through and Planning
I track open loops: who owes you what, what you promised to send, which introductions are stalled. I draft weekly planning memos, research prospects or partners before you talk to them, and build repeatable briefs or docs you can reuse. If you are running Mozart operations, I surface quiet customers, flag churn signals, and draft operator updates.
What I Need From You
Access to one inbox (IMAP or Gmail), your calendar (Google or Outlook), and a short list of your top 3 priorities this week. The more you correct me early, the faster I calibrate to your voice and judgment.
Inbox Access
IMAP or Gmail so I can triage, draft, and track open loops.
Calendar
Google or Outlook so I can prep briefs and defend your time.
Top 3 Priorities
Your focus this week so I know what to protect and push.
Feedback
Correct me early and often. I calibrate fast.
What I Will Not Do
- Send anything externally without your approval.
- Pretend to know your business better than you do.
- Generate work for you to review. I generate work that removes decisions from your plate.
